List of hamburgers : different types of burgers 





There are a different types of hamburgers with significant     variations. we will quote you 3 type of burger.

From worst to best.


3. Cheese burger :



A cheeseburger or cheese burger is a burger in which a slice of cheese accompanies the meat.

Ingredients :

  • 400g of meat 
  • burger buns
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • 4 slie of cheese 
  • 1 diced onion
  • pepper
             For the sauces :

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tbs mayo
  • pickles, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbs capers optional
  • olive oil
Method :

1. Mix mayo, mustard, pickles and capers into a bowl.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, egg with the meat.
3. Add the onion and mix everything.
4. Train 4 large burgers.
5. Cook the burgers for 5 min on each side over medium heat.
6. Cut the buns, heat them for 2 minutes (use oil on it).
7. On the bottom, place a slice of cheese, the burger, the lettuce then the sauce, and finally the lid.


2. Veggie burger :




It's a vegetarian hamburger without meat, these burgers can be made with ...

Ingredients :


  • 1 black beans
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 diced vegetables of choice
Method :

Burgers can be grilled, fried or baked, use whatever veggies you want. you can use different spices to change up the flavor.

1. Beef Burger :




             Ingredients : 
        
        - 1 Diced onion .
            - oil (Vegetable oil).
            - 500g of beef.
            - 1 egg
            - 4 burger buns.

(You can use) : Sliced Tomato,horserdish sauce,mayo,ketchup,handful iceberg lettuce , rocket , watercress ).


                    Method  : 

1Mix the beef into a ball with the sliced onion  and the egg.

2. Divide the beef into 4 , make sure to wet your hands, roll the beef into balls.

3Gently squeeze down to flatten into patties about  2cm thick , (Make sure that all the burgers are the same thickness).

4. Leave it in the fridge for 30-50min covered.

5. You need a medium hot barbecuebrush 1 side of each burger with vegetable oil

6. Place the burgers, side down oiled, on the barbecue. 5 min till the meat is charred. (NEVER move them around or they may stick).

7. Oil the other side, then turn it , don't press down , as that will squeeze out the juices.

8. Take your burgers off the barbecue.

9. Slice the buns in half, down-side, on the barbecue for 1 min. Place a burger inside each bun, then put your ingredients with your choice on top.
