Beef Burger with Garlic Tartare and Herbs


       Ingredients 

  • Burger buns
  • 2 Beef steaks
  • 8 Servings of tartare
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • Aromatic Herbs : Parsley, Coriander.
  • Avocado
  • 1 handful 
  • Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tbls of milk
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

       Method  
  1. Brown the buns inside the pan with a little olive oil after cuting them in 2.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the sucrine, and mix with 2 portions of tartare and milk, don't forget to add salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the ground beef with the chopped shallot and the aromatic herbs and spices, form two steaks and cook them in olive oil for about 5 minutes. 
  4. Assemble the burgers by adding 3 portions of tartare, sliced avocado, a little crunchy cucumber, and spinach leaves to the steack.
