Burger buns

How to make Burger buns at home.

Ingredients :
  • 250g of flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150g of milk
  • 1 baker's yeast
  • salt
  • sugre
  • 50g of soft butter
  • Linseed(optional) 
Method       :

1.Mix the flour, sugar and salt in the bowl of the stand mixer.
2.Mix the yeast with lukewarm milk then add it in the bowl.
3.Add 1 egg and butter and mix it again.
4.knead the mixture by hand for about 7 to 9 minutes on a floured surface.
5.Cut the dough into 50g pieces and roll them up with the palm of your hand, brown them with an egg yolk, you can add various seeds on top if you want.
6.Let the dough stand for at least 45min.
7.After resting, cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
